KARSHIN’S MATHS STORIES
Every question is a little story.
See what happens. Make the choices. Then try a new story on your own.
For grown-ups
Try one story at a time. Read aloud in English or explain in spoken Hindi if that helps. All written text is in English.
- Let Karshin choose and explain before offering a hint. Ask, “What does this number count?”
- Use the pictures to discuss a wrong choice. There is no timer or score.
- At the final new problem, let him decide how to start. Use the help button only when he wants support.
The newspaper story makes the worksheet’s equal-daily-deliveries assumption explicit. The elephant story includes the calendar facts it needs.
